I bought a controller for my 7 1/4 gauge electric model train. On top of that I got. so much help, kind advice and support from 4QD Ltd to help me with my Loco. They go the extra mile for their customers! Highly recommended and very client-friendly.

Excellent customer support. I had a bank of their old battery condition meters - which have now been superseded by a better but larger model. I wanted to keep using the old ones because I they fitted well into my little unit. However after several years of (literally) continuous use, some of the LEDs had failed to light. I wasn't sure if this was fixable, but they replied to my query by return of email, and posted out some new LEDs for free. I am only a small customer of what is only a minor part of their business, but I was impressed by their willingness to engage and help me, and by the speed of their response.

I was having problems getting parts to repair my 20 year old, well cared for and substantially built Golf Buggy cost effectively. Parts from the maker and dealership repair quotes were effectively confining it to the scrap heap. I stumbled on 4QD on line. They supplied part that was known to be faulty the next day by post. When tested, the original and now obsolete ECU worked much to my surprise but I now know that they make an alternative that can be easily adapted whenever it is needed. It would be good if the dealerships followed their example! I am very grateful for their prompt service and assistance.
