Nice place to fish. But where boots after it has rained as becomes very muddy.

This is normally a reasonable fishery but can be very hard to catch, with two lakes 1 has big carp and cats but not easy and the other has smaller carp but still plenty upper doubles and a good chance of a 20, they go to 30+ in Vermuyden. This still isn't a runs water so dont think you'll bag up. 7-10

New owners, had a nice visit to Flynn's Koi Carp shop, nice fish at reasonable prices. Friendly family, and Bobby is very knowledgeable.

Went for a look round the lakes look good very clean and good swims to fish from.

I find the case here is one of complete jubilation or disappointment. It's a very well run fishery and the staff are friendly. Had my personal best catfish and carp from here. It's a fishery where I hope to catch rather than expect to catch. It receives serious angling pressure 24/7.

Great Carp fishing lakes and helpful staff. Unfortunately I lost my drone in the lake whilst trying to get some aerial shots for my YouTube channel. It drowned. The staff said I was welcome to strip off and jump in to retrieve it but it was March and still pretty cold plus it was probably destroyed when it hit the water.
