SunFun did an excellent job for a couples retreat we recently put on to Snowdonia. The driver and staff went out of their way to ensure the trip went as smoothly as possible and there was a lot of positive feedback from guests about how much they enjoyed the trip. They're definitely a go-to for future trips.

I have utilized this company multiple times for big group outings. We have always enjoyed the accommodations and events planned by Gemma. They listen to your needs and will help adjust accordingly to what you would like to accomplish on your trip!

I hate to post such a low review, but our Scottish Highlands Trip was an absolute nightmare. Broken A/C on coach, disgusting accommodations, long days on coach with little to no time at scenic destinations, and worst of all - BED BUGS. The driver was a really nice fellow who got us to all our destinations safely and was very apologetic and aware of the many pitfalls of this trip. Marketed as a trip to the Scottish Highlands on an air-conditioned coach with a stay in a Bed and Breakfast - none of this was true. We were not informed of our accommodation until we boarded the bus to find out we were staying at a 2-star motel - Travelodge - at Glasgow Airport. The 12-hour ride there (traffic was bad) was a horrible experience with temps on the bus soaring above 27 degrees - the driver informed us of the temp. Once there, we discovered that the motel was disgusting, with stained carpets and no soap or any other toiletries in the bathrooms. If I had been informed that this was where I would have been staying I would have never gone on this trip at all. The price we paid did not reflect anything about our experience. The very worst thing is the fact that the night I arrived home, I realized I had BUG BITES all over my face and neck. After a trip to the doctor and a lot of research, I was faced with the realization that my room had been infested with BED BUGS. I am still dealing with this issue two weeks later and have received NO feedback or help from the company regarding this. I cannot warn you enough not to use this service. If they have not disclosed accommodation before the cancellation period, then you could be facing a similar situation.

Great coaches, great service. What's not to like?

A great tour operator with high class coaches and value for money tours, stayed in a good quality hotel and a great tour manager who was very knowledgeable.

Sunfun arranged our transport to and from Heathrow. The driver was smart, courteous, and an excellent driver. Pick up at both destinations was spot on time. The car was spotless and very comfortable. Thoroughly recommend to this Company.
